AIRBRUSH PASTRY COURSE FULL IMMERSION

COURSE DATE: MONDAY 22 and TUESDAY 23 APRIL 2024

COURSE DURATION: two consecutive days for a total of 16 hours

PLACE OF THE COURSE: CATANIA CENTER

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: The course has a limited number of participants for a maximum of 6/8 (depending on the space available) and a minimum of 4, with whom the course is confirmed.

TIMETABLES AND MODALITIES: Monday: 9.30-13.30 and 14.30-18.30 / Tuesday: 9.00-13.00 and 14.00-18.00

WHAT YOU LEARN

Through this course you will acquire the technique, you will know the functioning of the airbrush and its maintenance. The first exercises are performed, the materials and equipment complementary to the technique are known. On the second day, decorations are carried out independently on food products such as sugar paste, chocolate, waffles, using water-soluble food colors and acquiring very useful skills for decoration in confectionery and cake design.

The course allows a beginner to correctly acquire the technique and to know the secrets related to the use of the airbrush, and to a self-taught person who already has some experience to significantly improve their skills.

WHO IS IT FOR?
The course is aimed at all those who, professionals or amateurs, want to approach this technique even if they have no experience or artistic skills, because this is a technique whose basics can be learned in two days with the method of Mario Romani.

EQUIPMENT
Each participant has available an airbrush, a compressor and a pressure reducer to work independently and the various work materials, colors, supports and drawing material.

THE TEACHER
The teacher is MARIO ROMANI, who has been teaching this technique for 30 years, and is already the author of the Airbrush Manuals: AIRBRUSH - The new manual of techniques and applications in the third millennium and AIRBRUSH 2.0 THE ICONS
